Capitalism maintains a permanent “reserve army” of unemployed as a potential source of scabs, but then will also blame the unemployed for not being employed, as if capitalism was ever a system that advocated for 100% employment (it wasn’t).
This is why everyone should just lie on these types of applications. If everyone lies the sheer amount of bullshit these types will have to sift through will be punishment enough

Because I understand, why people do these things (to solidify their power over employees), but people who defend this are literally fucking over themselves and other workers for absolutely nothing.
I’m sure employees who currently work there are very fulfilled and satisfied.
