To kinda echo @9to5@hexbear.net, it is incredible to watch someone who is fighting for something they actually believe in, working against something they personally know to be evil. Like, there is literally just a vibe that these people give off. I see the same kind of thing in pictures from the civil rights movement, where people, even right before they are about to suffer, look more full of life than everything else around them.
The dead eyed psychos in the U.S. military can’t do that, because they are only fighting for their own ego, and they know, they absolutely know, they are on the side of evil.
