Financial Support to the Bearsite
My vaping has escalated dramatically in the past year to the point where I’ll empty a bottle of salt nic in a month where it used to take 2 or 3. I can tell that it’s getting worse so I’m challenging myself to not vape for the first two hours of my day. It’s been less than an hour and I already hit it like 2 times before I decided to do this and I’m already white knuckling it
I’ve never felt like I needed nicotine so badly in the past almost 20 years of consuming it. Pray for me

Thank you! At a certain point while smoking cigarettes I woke up and didnt have the urge to smoke every day, I would only smoke while drinking so like once or twice a week but then I started to get nicotine sick and switched to vaoes. Terrible decision

Thanks comrade! I did, I think two hours is the sweet spot right now because I did get to a point where I wasn’t thinking about it so much. If I can do it once a day for a week I’m gonna try to take 2 breaks a day and so on. I should probably try 0 mg vape juice too
