“The assumption that what currently exists must necessarily exist is the acid that corrodes all visionary thinking.”

  • alt: in the first panel of a two panel comic, a speech bubble from out of frame asks an androgynous person, “hey, are you a boy or a girl?” the person replies, “yes.” the questioner rephrases their query, “ok, which do you prefer?” “cats <3.”

in the second frame: “no, i mean what’s in your pants?!!” the androgynous person lifts their shirt slightly revealing a firearm. “a gun.”

  • hi! okay, so, this is my first exposure to this term, but as someone who just realized they’re maybe binary trans after (7?) years of seeing themself as non-binary, this sorta resonates with me. they/them is still my comfiest set of pronouns. at the same time, i’ve discovered that being viewed as binary female is also quite affirming. i’m not really sure what i am at this point. neither feels completely “right”.

i’m kinda iffy about hrt. i’m really interested in most of the effects, but not sure how i feel about having breasts. i’m certain transfem is what i am, but kinda 50/50 on whether i still identify as enby. part of me feels like i’m clinging to it out of uncertainty. or maybe i should just adopt femby. not sure if this is helpful or even makes much sense. let me know if you’d like me to elaborate on something.

    what about you?
