And the same people who always say “it’s too soon to talk about it” and “let’s not make it political” whenever someone brings up gun control after a school shooting.

Personally, I think they are scared. They took the mask off too far with all of their extreme right wing rhetoric and were probably surprised themselves at his little push back they received. Feeling emboldend they kept pushing.

All of a sudden they realise there might be, the most extreme, consequences from the positions they’ve publicly espoused, and they can’t just walk it back. So they’re panicking.

That, or it’s a conspiracy and one of them did it to give themselves permission to go full fascist.

Weren’t the right already like… Kidnapping people off the streets? Murdering people in their homes? Wait, weren’t two democratic (ostensibly “left” to these commentators) politicians murdered earlier this year?

Didn’t a bunch of right wingers try to overthrow the US government in a globally watched coup attempt YEARS AGO???

    It’s a “war” NOW? Why???

Last I checked, it’s the right-wingers who routinely call for or condone violence. Charlie Kirk himself called for a “patriot” to bail out Pelosi’s attacker. Trump called for people to murder Hillary, directly.

Literally every notable, influential, figure on the left that I know of condemns political violence in no uncertain terms. They’re not the ones stoking the flames.

Even now, all I’m seeing are right-wingers calling for blood against “the left” as if we all got together in secret and planned it out.

You thought they were bad when they only had imaginary grievances? Just wait and see now that something actually bad happened to one of them. These people are deranged.

“It’s really hard to radicalize Republicans. You know, it’s – we’re not the radical type.”

They really just say whatever the fuck they want lol. Q Anon, Tea Party, Jan 6? The vast majority of political shootings in the last twenty years? As if we haven’t all seen the comments ON Fox News saying the most radical shit imaginable.

It’s really crazy how reality has just become totally irrelevant.

There’s some accidental truth there though. When the entire party refuses to disavow blatant corruption, political violence, and unconstitutional actions taken by its members, how can they have extremists? Any rational people have been weeded out of the GOP, it’s only extremists now.

    So retribution is needed now?

What if this was retribution for murdering, for example, a top Democrat in Minnesota and her husband?

And why is Charlie worth two people? Using their logic, it could be said they still owe one for things to be “Even Steven”, perhaps a top Republican house member from another state.

Im confused about this joke, I keep seeing it, and I’m not understanding how it’s not homophobic. I never followed discourse about the guy. I’ve heard and seen much more about Ben Shapiro and Tim Pool.

Could you do the worst thing ever and explain the joke, please?

When Paul Pelosi was attacked, conservatives instantly started claiming it was a dispute with his secret gay lover. Charlie Kirk celebrated the attack and called for someone to bail the guy out.

It was Charlie’s lie to obfuscate the fact that the attacker who tried to kill Nancy Pelosi, but ended up nearly killing Paul Pelosi instead, was a right-winger.

Where were all the think pieces about toning down the rhetoric then? Did right-wingers hold a minute of silence for Paul? Did they swear revenge on the attacker and everyone on the same side of the political aisle?

Or did they laugh and make homophobic jokes?

Here are some of the comment’s below Asmongold’s video where he says 90% of all of the violence is from the left, who continue to terrorize people daily, and that until violence happens to them, it isn’t going to stop.

    - They tried to kill Free Speech today. But all they did was martyr him. And they aren’t going to want to deal with the ramifications of it. (+7.4k)

    - They killed the “lets talk it out guy”. They have no idea what theyve done (+589)

    - They could not win the debate, so they removed the debator. When the option to resolve differences through speech is removed, the only thing left is war. That is where we are currently at, and people feel it. (+361)

    - Democrats havnt been this pissed since Lincoln took away their slaves. 😢RIP young man (+316)

    - Ironically, this is going to be a turning point. In trying to silence him, they have made them a martyr. I’ve been saying this for years, it’s time to stop taking the high road with these lunatics. (+195)

    - Being from the UK my government calls me far right, applies the law unequallly and persecutes the native population. Dont let it get this bad America. RIP Charlie. (+183)

    - There’s tweets, reddit comments, and bluesky comments already advocating for more violence against conservatives, and upvoted hundreds of thousands of times. They by their own words, are “just getting started”. Keep your head on a swivel. (+175)

    - Conservatives should no longer tolerate the intolerable. (+155)

    - In the past two years there have been three high profile assassination attempts on Conservative politicians. Two on Trump, one which nearly killed him, and now another, unfortunately successful, on Kirk. All by leftists. In that same time, not one high-profile attempt has been made on a Democrat politician. (+140)

    - MAGA won’t be silenced. The left has been demonizing the right for years as being the violent ones. After today, they might just get their wish. (+129)

    - I listen to both sides of politics . When one side keeps continuing to passionately assassinate the other side to silence them; I then lean more side that being silenced. (+108)

    - You can only push people so far before they say “enough”. Enough of the riots, enough of the protests, enough of the doxing, enough of the rhetoric, and enough of the violence. To a certain point trying to take the high road has enabled these people to feel like they can get away with doing these things. So the only way to solve that is to start standing up and letting them know that they can’t. Time to rise up. (+82)

    - I remember months ago when Asmon called it where something big was gonna happen due to the rhetoric like HAMAS DIDDY PIKER kept spewing would bring. Also not just Hasan but others in his orbit and community keep advocating for this type of violence and yet TWITCH does nothing and its such a shame. (+81)

Because that’s how the human brain works…

If you “can’t even” then you desperately need to learn about how people think or a shit ton of people are going to manipulate you.

        Not even just with politics

Do you honestly not understand how a group of people can normalize horrendous behavior? I can answer some questions if you think it will gelp, this is insanely important these days. If you don’t understand it you can’t do anything to stop it.
