The Russian leader's refusal comes after 26 countries pledged to deploy troops to Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire.

The way I see it, it’s up to Ukraine to decide which nation’s troops are a legitimate target in their country.

And so far, I can only see them shoot at one nation’s soldiers: your soldiers, Putin. So piss off.
