Donald Trump told senior aides late Tuesday that he approved attack plans for Iran but has withheld a final order to see if Tehran would abandon its nuclear program, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing three people familiar with the deliberations.

      There was also the 20k missiles that were supposed to be sent to Ukraine that got diverted to the middle east. They not only knew it was going to happen but stepped up on weaponry.

      I’m not saying you’re wrong but you can agree that there’s a few other likely explanations too, right?

      I’m also curious to know what other correlations we confuse with causation regarding geo-politics if anyone knows others like this

        It’s a historically observed effect, correlated to actual military action. Could you provide a couple of those other likely explanations?

          The pentagon knew Israel was about to attack, they said so themselves, but denied any support or involvement. This seems to a valid reason for the pizza party, just to track, observe and be ready for any unexpected counter response.

          I am in the camp where I believe the USA hasn’t actively been involved yet but fully intend to be in the coming days. We have a seen Israel do anything they weren’t already capable of, and the massive shift of US jets, missiles and an aircraft carrier to the middle east has largely happened after the initial attack.

          Navy Kevin had a birthday and everyone at the Pentagon had a sleepover and ordered hundreds of pizzas. Bibi wasn’t invited, so he got mad and started a second war.

    I tried to save Iran humiliation and death. I tried to save them very hard because I would have loved to have seen a deal worked out

    That’s… that’s not why anyone tries to save human lives, Donald.

    Picture the scene.

    Two aides bursts in to the oval office to find the orange buffoon eating crayons. The smell of McDonald’s follows the aides in to the room and wafts towards the most stupid ‘president’ ever…
    {P01135809 eyes widen as he sniffs the air}
    “Sir…” eye rolls the first aide “can we attac…”
    Chunky boy spits out the crayons and blurts, "Big Mac? It’s…is it Big Mac time?
    “Soon, ‘sir’,” retorts the aide with another eye roll, “but first we need to…”
    {P01135809 sniffs the air again}. “It’s Big Mac time. Big Mac. Big Mac. Big Mac. Big Mac time!” He sings while doing a pointy finger dance.
    “Yes, soon…‘Sir’, Iran is looking quite brown, sign this so can we attack Iran with…”
    {P01135809 sniffs the air again. Drool is now dripping from his puckered bottom lip}
    “Yes, YES. whatever, do it, do anything, just get me my big macs, FFS!!”
    “If to say so. Sign here now and you’ll also get an apple pie.”
    {P01135809 scribbles on to a piece of paper}
    “BRING IN THE BIG MACS!”

    Both aides leave the room.
    “Did he. Did he just agree to a war for a…”
    “I always ask him these type of questions when the Macdonald’s arrives! He’ll agree to anything when he’s hangry.”

        Well. I’m with you, but it’s tricky. I actually still have something to lose. Unlike many of my fellow countrypersons. And the things I have to lose are still currently allowing me to fund my apocalypse farm.

          It would have been a lot easier a lot longer ago but y’all didn’t listen to me then. It’s gonna be a lot harder in the future if you wait now too.

              There are entire books dedicated to successful revolution. I’m so sick of having this argument with Americans that would rather just do absolutely nothing. The world is going to literally blow up and you guys are still saying change is too hard.

      I suspect many of them will be willing to die for Trump. Their love for that man makes no sense.
