So providing evidence based care to people with severe mental illness is making mud pies? I get why people here are critical of the “therapy industry” as it is populated with sheisters and bad experiences abound, but there are many who do help people suffering from OCD, PTSD etc everyday. Plainly I just disagree
at least OTs and rad techs actually do something. what does a mud pie shortage matter?

there’s no way to tell the difference.
how many therapy patients would be better assisted with cash in hand rather than the money going into a shrink and overhead?
