I think the fact that got removed kinda underlines why I like the ‘wisdom is chasing you’ idiom. It’s a FANTASTIC way to get at the same idea without having to make it an ableist thing i.e. the difference between calling someone “r/” and just calling them willfully ignorant.
Reposting it might just get your comment removed too. I’m glad we have a passionate poster in our ranks but they may want to chill out on the intelligence insults a bit or else I expect more comments to go. I had to edit at least one that was making a reference to Canadian health care that was DEFINITELY gonna get got.
