And just watch the neck breaking speed the Republicans rush through their political persecution cases. I expect to see Democrats in prison by the end of the first or second year.

    :(

I envy your optimism in choosing years instead of months.

All this stuff is going to take years. It will be death by a thousand cuts. The people who are planning this aren’t going to risk moving too fast where constituents of blue states beg for secession.

I envy their optimism at claiming they’ll end up in prison over a grave.

I don’t expect the party to still exist 365 days from now.

Schiff won his new senate seat. It’ll be interesting to see if they go after a sitting senator

I don’t see why they wouldn’t. They’ll say “we” went after a sitting president with impeachment so they’ll go after anyone and everyone with the fascist cheerleaders on Fox pushing for the death penalty (which they’re already doing).

For what? What crimes can actually be proven in court?

I wonder how hard you need to prove anything if the judges issue sentencing without needing much of anything.

Implying anything needs to be proven in court when the judge is a Trump appointee.
