What’s the minus of 30 and 20?
Uh, it’s 80, Frito. It’s $80 billion.
Ah, maybe the new one does. I had to buy a small third party chip for mine that would allow me to manually reset it. And refilling it was not the easiest: I had to find the right kind of detergent and figure out the proportions of soap vs surficant, and then add them with a fine syringe.
I’ve had that exact model for 4 years!
They’re very flexible in that they don’t need to be connected to a water source and so they can be moved easily and placed most anywhere.
They are small, so big pots and oven dishes may not fit inside. But it washes otherwise a decent amount of regular dishes if stacked efficiently (big on top of small, making sure to leave gaps for the water to reach).
Their soap system, at least at the time, it may be different now, didn’t make sense to me. You can order soap through the dishwasher directly and they send you their special soap cartridges. You can send back the empty one so they can be reused. I find this so wasteful, shipping soap containers back and forth.
I seem to remember receiving a soap tablet at some point, which is already better. But still having to ship it from France each time.
So mine is disconnected from the internet, and I’m using powdered soap. The cheap stuff that comes in the big container at the supermarket. After a few tests, I’ve found that a third of a tiny shot glass is all I need. Its cleaning cycles are also done with regular dishwasher products.
They have good customer service. If the dishwasher has an issue, they offer to send you the tools and parts and fix it yourself if you wish.
Now there’s the price. That dishwasher is not cheap. If this hadn’t been gifted to me I don’t think I would have been able to justify its purchase for myself. But of course your mileage may vary.
That’s my experience off the top of my head. I’ll update this if I think of more items after I’ve had my coffee.
I think we should stop calling it winter and summer time because it’s swaying people wrong. Because of course we hate short, dark and cold days and we love long, warm, bright evenings. We love the summer, therefore if we choose summer time it feels like it’ll be summer all year long.
But the reality is that (at least where I live) winter time is closer to the sun time and would be preferable in all aspects.

Varusteleka sells a selection of shorts. I have two pairs of their women’s hiking shorts, they are nicely made lots of pockets. On me, they sit lower than on the model so they reach the top of my knees.
