    IMO soju tastes like someone put some of that artificial coffee sweetener in (A slightly lighter) vodka to me. My possibly controversial take is that it would be a good base for cocktails that you would otherwise use vodka for, but I am not paying the premium for imported Korean booze to do so.

      If I was paying the Trump “fuck you, peasant” tax for something imported from Korea, I’m sticking with anything plum flavored. I fucking love Asian plums
