Averaging more than one every six months. That’s quite impressive really, even if the quality arguably hasn’t always been there. Assassinations still doing better than Marvel movies though on the quantity-quality scale.
I thought the murder of that senator would be more traumatic for them.
Knowing their M.O. of letting controlled psychopaths do what the state surveillance system is fully aware they are going to do, (see Charles Manson) the killing of those senators was likely a threat to the others. There’s a big difference between how the media reacts when it’s a guy with a church flock shooting two senators vs. a rando upper-middle class taking out an upper who harmed him.

This time I think they might be scared it’s their own base gunning for them, maybe over Epstein, or it actually factually is terrorism from the left which despite their crying of wolf they have never actually faced. I think they’re a bit shocked at the implications and they’re trying their old playbook but their palpable unease says they think something is on the wind.
Yeah, Luigi (who, I might add, is innocent.) was close enough to actual left wing terror that they pissed themselves when he proved popular. Any sort of regular stochastic or organised violence from the left would be devastating for them. Pelosi came out with some “reach across the aisle” bullshit in response while Trump was all “Damn, too bad it wasn’t her instead of her husband.”
