one of the more difficult pieces (and expensive) of the kit for the true completionist is the standard cab pickup truck. ford, chevy, dodge still make them, but they are not sold standard retail. they must be ordered through a fleet account.
you can purchase old fleet vehicles, though they will probably be beat to shit. not that this matters, but thanks for coming to my TED talk about how every truck sold off a car lot in america now has to be with an obscene amount of overpriced options at even the most basic trim, plus some extra bullshit while also not even being a truck anymore, because it now a four door, seats 5 people and doesn’t have enough room in that baby bed for anything but your mountain bike.
