So they’re just saying outright now that birthright citizenship doesn’t count? Ice is literally our gestapo, no hyperbole on my part either.

Ice is literally our gestapo, no hyperbole

ICE was created in 2003, by Bush Jr., amid the “War on Terror.” The empire’s ire was turned towards Muslims at that time. Now that it has turned towards oppressing immigrants, and those who look and sounds like immigrants, ICE can finally unleash its fascist potential on this much larger population.

So they’re just saying outright now that birthright citizenship doesn’t count?

Judge: “Why was the man detained?”

ICE lawyer: "As we say in the trade - ‘He was driving while Latino.’ "

      Judge: “I like that! Hahaha!”

ICE lawyer: “I know - right? Hahaha!”

I don’t know if you saw the body text. He was detained after “crossing the border” as they drove from Georgia into Florida.
