Ok but how fluffy is the mash? It’s gotta be fluffy not too liquidy. Also did you try adding some garlic and tobasco to the mash? That’s how you make perfect mash IMO.
You do you tho, I’m not here to dictate your life.
(Also I might be a teensy bit tipsy so don’t take me at face value)
Oh, it’s fluffy. I added a bit of milk and a butt load of butter. I did add a couple cloves of garlic. No Tabasco though, I don’t think that fits the flavor profile I was going for. (Also, not a big fan of Tabasco in general.)
