Due process is an instruction for how to operate our government when looking to use its violent capabilities upon individuals. “No person shall” has nothing to do with who the individual is, only how our government must go about depriving them of “life, liberty, or property”, if it sees fit.

Until we change our constitution, due process for all.

So umm… What’s the problem? Return. Prove it in a court of law. Due process for all. It doesn’t matter who the person is or what they’ve done. What matters is how the government acts.
