Get some industrial washing machine shock absorbers from amazon. $20 or so, I put them under my bed leg’s and never feel a door close downstairs hard again.

Put them under anywhere you feel, and it’ll help.

They are normally made of high quality rubber and have grooves made to absorb movement. I also use them under my actual washing machine to spare the downstairs neighbor. Good luck

I had one of them first TiVos, then upgraded to them expanded versions modes online for 1TB of shows. The 30-second skip button pressed six(6) times would effectively (skip) the ads.
