The data center probably won’t black out. They’ll be setup with redundant backup power. The issue is that the emission regulations for that backup power is much more lenient than prime power so it is pretty terrible for the surrounding communities. Some companies are greener than others and try to go above and beyond on those regulations.

I’ll have to give it another try and report back. I think it is like 2TB total so I didn’t have enough time to get it on my 100 Mbps. And then some of them failing and having to restart was not helping.

My problem is that I can’t download the whole takeout before it expires. Or some fail and they only allow so many retries to download.

Or they fail the entrance exam to art school and restart the cycle.

My friends and I performed this for our high school talent show. We didn’t have a toaster for the drums though.

I ended up using Sonobus to allow me to listen to my personal desktop computer output on my work computer. So my music streaming and video streaming isn’t on the work machine.
