It’s entirely possible that the concrete was dry enough that only a fall from height could cause the imprint, as well as the fact that any very small footprints (that’s a really small frog) were already weathered away. I think if it had died there, that more evidence of that would persist.
Edit: The resolution is also bad enough that any small footprints may be missed.
Neither did it either: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_rat_hole
Nah I reckon that was a post-pouring splat I think, à la the Chicago Rat Hole.
Watching it for the first time (several months back), it genuinely made me feel deeply disgusted that indigenous Australians aren’t afforded the same right to representation in our parliament. They don’t have the opportunity to protest as powerfully, though Lidia Thorpe certainly came close:

It’s the uneducated or intellect impaired that should be reined in.
Are you aware that this genuinely sounds like some nazi shit? Let’s maybe not start controlling what the “intellect impaired” can do with their lives…
Technically it’s only compulsory to have your name checked off the rolls and put your ballots in the boxes. What you do in the booth is between you and the goddesses.
Not that I disagree with the spirit of what you’re saying, but bluesky is not even close to a “massive” corporation. According to this they have a net worth of $7.23m, going as low as $600k in October last year. I know of plenty of local restaurants and other small businesses with a higher net worth than that.
I think this is definitely part of it, but there’s a key point that you’re both missing: Conservatives need someone to hate.
In the past it was gay people, abortion, that sort of thing. But gay rights are now very much supported by a majority of people, and abortion is either illegal federally in the US, or well supported in places it’s legal (which was also true of the US). So, they needed a new scapegoat to whip up furore against and, unfortunately, we happen to be it. I think especially because we’re so much more visible these days, that it’s easy to point to us as a problem. Back in the 90s, when we were much more hidden, most people wouldn’t have cared. But these days, most people have met (or at least seen) a trans person. The unfamiliar can be uncomfortable for people, and some choose not to address that, letting themselves be easily taken advantage of. As various conservative parties across the world have seen this to be an effective method of sowing division, they’ve adopted these policies for themselves.
It’s the same with c/Linux and folks marching in and defending Windows to the death. Some people just like to be contrarian ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I thought this was made by OP honestly…
Sometimes you need a drink, and that’s okay. I consider myself “sober” but don’t and haven’t ever abstained entirely. I don’t want it to have that power over me honestly.
I’m sorry that happened though OP, you shouldn’t ever feel like you have to prove your transness to anyone!
Thanks for the two new artists to follow on Bsky OP. Been slowly switching over because I don’t use either this or Twitter much, but it’s kind of needed when you follow furry art and stuff.

I think you may have misunderstood my comment. I was speaking to this part of yours:
…but these days we enjoy human estrogens instead…
In that what we use now isn’t really “human” oestrogen, because it’s synthetic, and oestrodiol is pretty much universal among mammalian species.
To be fair, it’s not human oestrogens collected from pregnant women or something, it’s synthetic made in a lab. There’s no difference in the estradiol (E2) molecule between different mammals, so the stuff we use now could be used for HRT for a horse. That’s why the horse piss tiddy juice worked in the first place!
To be fair, we do have far better public transit systems than most of the US. When I was a teenager, I could easily go to the library after school, then catch a bus home afterwards. Our libraries also offer far more than just books in most cases. There were community groups, video games and consoles, a café that was community run twice a week with really cheap coffee. It was always a better place to study for me when I was doing my high school certificate.
Joke’s on you, my life force is just bone-hurting juice in disguise :3
