Screen durability and the distracting crease are the two biggest problems with foldables, so they are making a phone where a third of the screen is always unprotected, added an additional crease, and sharpened the radius of both creases. Hard pass for me (and most people), but this is more of a statement piece for their manufacturing and engineering prowess than a mass market product. They’ve been around awhile. During the pre-MAGA, “friends across the aisle” times I could see the value of creating a group that generally aligns with the Republican platform (low taxes, small government, etc.) but supports gay rights and pushes for progress on that issue from within the party.

Today though, anti-LGBT sentiment is so strong within the party that it’s hard to understand why the Log Cabin Republicans continue to exist, especially when they are openly shunned by the party.
