Had a busy weekend, my brother was in town with his family so spent the last 48 hours with them. Love them, but they are pretty exhausting lol. This week at work is looking to be pretty chill, so all in all, not bad. Hope everyone has a fantastic week ahead!

What must it be like? To be so immensely mediocre, and think you are ordained by a deity? I imagine it’s actually a lot scarier than they lead on. And that’s why they freak out about literally nothing. They have no idea what the fuck is going on around them, but they are just aware enough to know those around them expect them to lead. They are dumb animals acting out of pure flight instincts, but they’re privileged enough that the systems around them won’t let them fail. It’s hilarious and maddening.

Absolutely. It’s all so calculated, that there is suddenly a surge in popularity for a woman candidate. They can espouse all of their typical anti-social policies all while hiding behind claims of modernity. The murdochs are savvy, even if she ends up the vp on trump’s ticket, she is something they can always point to as a reason that republicans aren’t archaic monsters. And their voters will believe it and use it as their own shield.

I’m comforted that cursing the name of that sneaky ea-nasir is still on the table.

We had a board of supervisors runoff and it was a brutal defeat for the republican candidate. I’m in San Diego, which many would think is a blue hotspot. However, by Southern California standards, not so much. It was quite purple for a long time due to a huge military presence. However, in the last decade or so it has begun to go super blue, and I am so happy to see the trend continue and get stronger. Really hoping to see this again next year. Keep voting everyone! In every single election. It matters now more than ever!

Interesting. My point still stands though. It’s crazy that a party would have a 22 year old on said list, and that anyone would support a party that has a list with 22 year olds on it.
