I can run an LLM on a phone from before the AI craze, it would be slow but it would still run. You can’t really make a phone that isn’t compatible with AI.

More trivia: It was originally called duck tape not duct tape because water rolled off its plastic coating like water off a ducks back. Tape adhesive is a PSA. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive sticks better the more pressure you put on it.
