  • I get that it is annoying for you since you obviously don’t have a pc that will run it, yet.

But a lot of problems in tech started because it was just there and didn’t do that much yet. Lots of governments are still catching up to the big tech to stop them from having too much power, because they slept on it.

I dislike the recall stuff too, I don’t have a pc that will be able to run it and probably won’t have one for the coming 10 years, unless there is a huge leap in performance. But I do appreciate all the people here making their voices heard and actually bending MS their knee as well.

So please filter it and get out of the way of the nice people, thank you

    Note, not against it.

I think a huge part of it comes from the usage of “wokeness” as a political tool and the fact that companies made it a marketing strategy. What I hear mostly by people opposed to inclusion is that it is in everything, even if it’s not relevant (in movies for example, there is a heavy emphasis on the fact that someone is gay even though it is supposed to be a John wick ish movie where no one should care about which hole except the bullet hole).

I think that it should be included in everything whenever it fits, que the “there is a time and place for everything” pokemon meme. I think we have that more and more these days too :)

  • First off, feel you man. Must be rough.

About meeting new people, you could look into trips in the future with groups, a friend of mine met at least one person he keeps in touch with. Maybe there are some free/not too expensive hobbies you could engage in. Few examples: hiking, climbing, crafts In those places you’re bound to meet people and if you’re at least half decent, you’ll engage with the people there and those might just be your future friends
