This is a very short sighted view of the situation at hand.
The banning of books and literal re-writing of history in certain states should be concerning for anyone who realizes what a dark road we’re headed down.
3·2 years agoI love Quake and have for years but it’s definitely sad to see how barren the franchise has become and the ways that QuakeCon has changed from what it once was

The explainer may be sincere; however, it is clear that privacy and an open web are not in Google’s interests. They contradict that sentiment in the explainer entirely. There’s 0 reason for any one to give them the benefit of the doubt.
My advice is follow hashtags for topics you like or are interested in. They will then show up in your feed. It’s wonderfully personalized and I’ve found lots of great people that way with similar interests
Believing that certain folks don’t deserve basic rights because of their identity, sexual orientation, skin color, etc. is not an opinion that’s acceptable. No one with a brain wants to hear any of that non-sense thankfully!
I’ve posted once but another favorite and something that everyone should experience at least once is Monsters of Rock 1991 in Moscow, Russia during the dissolution of the USSR.
I’m not sure if I’d call it a live album in the classic sense but it was a giant concert recorded live featuring Metallica, Pantera, AC/DC, E.S.T (A Russian heavy metal Band), and The Black Crowes performing at Tushino Airfield. Here’s a more in-depth article about the event.
It was documented into a film called For Those About to Rock: Monsters in Moscow, which is available on YouTube

Viva the Underdogs by Parkway Drive: This album was recorded live at Wacken Open Air 2019 and also has a really cool accompanying documentary the band released with the same title. The energy on this album is insane and the band put on an all time performance! I’ve listened to it repeatedly since its release.

Time Machine 2011: Live in Cleveland by Rush: This album was recorded at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH in 2011 on Rush’s Time Machine World Tour. This was Rush’s first ever live album recorded in the U.S. and is one of their best IMO. They play all the hits and the crowd brings great energy. The full video version is also on YouTube, which is awesome!

I’d imagine this was the plan from the get-go or at least a consideration. I don’t think they swindled anyone necessarily, they weren’t banking on sales with it being on Gamepass, so this makes perfect sense IMO.

- For 1, all motherboards should work with both AMD and Nvidia GPU.
- For 2, you can mix and match, there are some benefits to using both an AMD CPU and GPU, namely Smart Access Memory
- For 3, AMD’s naming is confusing as hell but basically they used to have R3, R5, R9, etc for different tiers of cards, but now everything goes under the “RX” naming prefix.
- They use the X and XT suffix to differentiate the fastest versions of the same tiers of cards or revisions of cards. (Kind of like Nvidia’s TI suffix)
- The equivalent of a 4070 is a RX 6950 XT as far as I’m aware.
My senior neighbor watches YouTube a ton and uses it to listen to music on his laptop. His old laptop recently died and I helped him order a new one and put FireFox with the whole works of adguard, ublock origin, sponsorblock, etc. on it for him and its changed his life! He loves not seeing these dumb ads now!

I’m cautiously optimistic on the expansion. I enjoyed the game for what it was and I’m excited to replay it with the big free update that overhauls everything + the DLC
