I mean thats exactly why i fear that it wont take hold. Microsoft has their goons pushing their expensive garbage through lobbyists. The politicians in turn have zero knowledge about operating systems or IT in general so they are influenced easily.

Not sure how much “believe” is needed when the U.S. steps down in all areas and isolates itself in an astounding rush to the bottom. Only way to save the economy would be a war, which is also always fascisms means to persist. As well as it should not trust the U.S. the same again. While i absolutely despise the orange turd he has shown what has been true before: The west has been too reliant on the U.S. ,which both sides enjoyed while it lastet, as the U.S. called the shots, the rest of the west followed and we all benefitted (often on the backs of the global south ofc). I absolutely believe you as i had a rommie with which i cuddled. She told me that she is not attracted to me at all so there was no thoughts about romance or sex. I loved it and i miss it but i also have to admit that my very stupid brain would fall in love with any women (not related to me) that cuddles with me repeatedly.

Sad thing that if you grow up male (altleast in most western countries), you will be hard pressed to find friends to cuddle with. Fuck me i guess.
