  • That could be a reasonable amount based on the person. I’m a large framed dude, and when I was seriously trying to bulk through 7 days a week of HIIT, I had to eat like 5,000 Calories a day. My resting heart rate did get to the low 40s for a while, so that was cool (doctor said it was a good thing).

    Btw, eating 5,000 Calories of healthy food a day fucking sucks. It’s basically like eating is your full time job.
