It’s definitely a slippery slope. I think my main two points are: Anything from the telegraph I’ll read with a very large grain of salt; testing already vulnerable groups isn’t a bad thing necessarily, even when done with a poor motive it could lead to a better life for the child. Also, It could help medicate individuals better, especially if they need a separate hormone medicine plus ADHD medication for example.
Can’t read the article as paywalled. But I assume it’s a load of BS. Telegraph is really terrible.
Also, generally the tests for autism and ADHD are filling in a questionnaire and a conversation for an hour or so; not exactly electroshock therapy. I wish I had gotten diagnosed as a child, but they only looked at underperforming children then, it really doesn’t seem as bad as the headline is making out.
What number is the cut off point for enough? A few dogs attack people, but I’m not sure it’s enough to fear all dogs or not. Do you have some sort of equation I can use?
Also, what sort of monster wants to have a conversation with strangers on the morning commute? I’d rather not talk to anyone til at least mid afternoon.

That’s a very good summary. Do Okinawans feel closer to other Pacific island nations that to Japan? Also, Pacific islanders are natural rugby players, does Japan get all their players from there?
