Da gibt es oft welche, wo Parteien weit stärker oder schwächer gewinnen oder verlieren als im Gesamtergebnis und das kann dabei helfen diese Daten zu schätzen. Ganz vereinfacht gesagt wenn die FDP in einem Wahllokal 10% weniger hat und in einem 2% weniger hat und das BSW in den selben Wahllokalen 5% ubd 1% gewinnt, kann ich diese Aussage nutzen. Über alle Wahllokale und alle Partein kombiniert ergibt sich das Ergebnis
