As far as transit goes, the TTC should NOT be the model to follow. It’s better than nothing, but there’s better.

If people are being a problem, then it’s a design problem.

It only reflects opinions from “people who responded to our poll” which is not a demographic representative of voters.

It’s never that simple. Politicians use it, businesses use it, world news has been made on it. Regardless of whether you use Twitter or not, it has been and is used to sway public opinion. You can NOT use it all you want, but it can still have an effect on your life.

That is, unless you can convince literally everyone else to stop using it.
