Did they finally do something about the modders on GTAV online? I used to play but ended up with a stalker that made the game unplayable for me because he would kick me anytime I got online, for weeks. I had to download one of the paid mod menus to stay hidden from him until I just didn’t feel like paying for that anymore and just gave up and stopped playing. It was extremely frustrating to say the least.

To me, that’s just a difference in how people learn things in general. Some people will learn better from watching a tutorial, some people learn from reading instructions and some learn by fiddling around until they figure it out. The best way to figure out how to educate someone is to figure out how they learn things. Not everybody’s brains work the same way and that’s just true for everyone regardless of age.

Touché. I’ve grown exhausted of people becoming so unhinged on the internet. I haven’t been on Lemmy long and was thinking most people seemed normal so far… But I guess you’re always going to end up coming across unhinged people eventually.

I think I saw that exchange yesterday. Was it the person that absolutely freaked out over another user being called a male term? (I can’t remember exactly what it was, I want to say “son” but I don’t think that was it). I use Voyager and I don’t see profile pictures or even any descriptions on people’s profiles. I didn’t even know that existed until that person was freaking out and calling everyone transphobes for not knowing.
