Yeah I think thr house and senate are good as they are for that reason. It’s the electoral college and gerrymandering districts that are the biggest election problems.

I was actually just reading a book a couple months ago, Blasphemy Online where the US fell apart and and several new countries formed after the US fell and Cascadia WAS one of the countries… so that’s neat I guess.

What i don’t get about this whole though… like if someone is born here, and their parents wer both born here. How do you revoke their citizenship and deport them. Where to? Nearest available non American born ancestors? My great grandmother is German. Would they deport me to Germany? How would any other country react to people being deported there with no ties to that country?

What i do get is they’re going to have to set up some sort of internment camp to put all of these reporters while they sort out those details…

I still pick up hitchhikers. I consider it a nice thing to do if you are heading in the same direction. It may get me killed one day, but at least I’ll die doing the right thing.
