I know the everybody-the-same socialist-idealists have a religious-problem with Carney because of his career, & his being rich compared with us, but … real competence isn’t in everybody, & if the reward-system doesn’t reward excellence/accomplishment, … then it won’t produce that.
The reward-system in Communist countries rewards non-responsible, non-accountable, party-authority, right?
& that is the result it produces.
I expect diversity-of-intelligence, diversity-of-experience, diversity-of-potential to produce outliers, if the “market” of individual-human-development is working right
( unlike the naive-socialists & the communists, who hold that it isn’t equal-validity among diverse people that we have, rather it is identicality we supposedly have … or the fascists, for that matter, with their “supremacist” delusion disallowing all other peoples from having potential/validity of their own… )

What is coming is the 2nd Depression, not a mere recession.
I don’t know when it is hitting, with Trump being fueled by destructive-chaos itself, but the economic-bubble we’ve been living-in HAS to pop, & when it does, it’ll take 3y to bottom-out, & when that happens, Trump is going to use that economic-hardship to finish eradicating the Constitution from the US of A’s real law.
the plummet begins sometime this-year, I’ve been expecting it for months & months…
but which Trum possessing the US it simply can’t be delayed much longer…
so the 3y bottom-out of the global economy happens in 2028, when Trump needs it to happen, for his finishing his highjacking of the US.

Essentially, IF you have an economy in-which there are 1M people & 1B dollars, & 1-day’s food costs $2,
BUT you then double the amount of money in the economy,
THEN suddenly 1-day’s food costs the same fraction of the total-amount-of-money-in-the-economy, but the number-of-dollars changes, because the relative-value of each dollar has been diluted,
so what had cost $2 / day for food, NOW it costs $4 / day for food.
Inflation.
I’ve read that the total quantitative-easing done during the Biden years amounts to multiplying the amount of US-dollars by 10x.
Which means that each $ should now be worth only 1/10th of what it did at the beginning.
but it has been “held back” by many many many players…
Market-correction has to happen, sooner or later.
All the bogosity in our economy cannot self-sustain perpetually.
Unfortunately, the longer that actuality is fought-off, the greater the hardship when it bites.
So, … probably famines, for many populations, in poorer areas…

I saw some article which showed what Google was showing different people, for the same search, and it was sickening how polarized the extremes were through Google.
I now use DuckDuckGo.com unless it simply isn’t finding what I’m trying to find, & only then do I cross over to the machiavellian-search side, for a search’s results…
Algorithmically-enforced polarization of humakind, into the only-ideological-terrorism-REMAINS … extreme … is certain, now, for this world.

IF the point of having the incapable running the different departments … is so that total-dictatorship later becomes “justified”, then it is a strategem, not a mistake.

Thesis: the narrow focus on public performance over substantive action in certain activist circles has less to do with the cynical schemes to game the system for progressive brownie points, and more to do with the fact that many folks basically think social activism is a form of ritual magic. Popular histories give us images of Great Men making speeches and leading marches and circulating petitions, and completely erase all the ground-level infrastructure that made all that stuff work; the end result is that a lot of folks seem honestly to believe that bringing about social change is a matter of performing the appropriate symbolic actions and waiting for reality to reconfigure itself accordingly.
