Sea of Thieves is amazing and has some decent fishing. Might want to stay in the single player world if you just want cozy, although a sense of (PvP) danger can definitely liven things up too.

I believe there’s some truth in both viewpoints. What you’re saying is definitely true, but there’s plenty of men who would do almost anything a beautiful woman asks for while not giving a plain woman the time of day.

As I get older I’ve grown annoyed at the power a truly beautiful woman has over me. It’s just a pretty exterior, why should she deserve different treatment than any other nice person? But my heartrate and power of speech don’t seem to agree with this unfortunately.

Same, but even longer. I honestly can’t remember the last time I used additional storage in a phone. My current phone has 512GB (was cheaper than the 256GB model due to a promotion) and after almost two years of usage I still only have about 77GB in use. I don’t think I know anyone with a microSD card in their phone, which is probably why they’re removing them, not enough people care anymore.

My bank gave out a limited run of credit cards with this picture as a background a few years back and it looked gorgeous. It’s been back to a boring slab of dark plastic ever since.

Regarding the second point, militaries have a long history of using civilian products (see GPS in the gulf war for example) if they don’t have enough of the expensive stuff, which will lead to incentive to jam the civilian stuff as well. The article suggests that this system should be more resilient against simple jamming though.

This simply isn’t true. FF on Android is fine and allows you to use tons of extensions for far more things than ad blocking, such as the wonderful Consent-O-Matic that automatically deals with cookie popups for you. Huge timesaver on mobile.

It is absolutely fine to mix tabs and spaces in Python, as long as you are consistent about it. It’s not recommended though, as it’s easy to mess up if you’re not paying attention. Most IDE’s will convert tabs to spaces anyway so it’s a bit of a non-issue.

The EVE Online of today has very little to do with the game that came out 21 years ago. It’s been kept up to date very well, the graphics are really nice and the game has been made a lot better for new players. A new expansion just dropped so now it’s actually a pretty good time to try it out.

As for mining in peace: that’s totally doable if you know what you’re doing. The best advice would be to join a mining/building corporation as soon as possible and have them show you the ropes. The element of risk never goes completely away, and you should always be prepared to lose the ship you are flying, but the risks are very manageable, to the point where you should almost never lose a ship unless you’re actively taking more risk.

Not sure what you have against minimum wage, it works well in other countries (I’m from the Netherlands). Obviously it doesn’t solve everything by itself, but it’s definitely a valuable part of a range of measures to treat people fairly. It’s a fantasy that everyone can be educated to a level above minimum wage.

Kernel panics are pretty rare though, I’ve had a lot more bluescreens than kernel panics in my life. If you want to criticise Linux for being complicated go right ahead but implying that it’s unstable is a really weird take IMHO.
