At some point in my city there were two shops open in the same street, 100m from each other. Now there’s just one open, but it’s insane seeing six employees inside with such a low volume of customers.

I had this same issue with an LG OLED monitor. I’m not 100% sure this was the solution as it was long ago, but you need to NOT have the USB-C power cable connected to the dock, just the HDMI. Connect the Deck to the dock and you’ll get image. After this you can plug the dock back to the power cable.

It’s the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Apart from the flat bezels, you can see that the other phone reads “Transfer SIM to Galaxy S24 Ultra”
