I think the forerunner 55 is MIP. It’s not a smart watch and it’s their base level running watch. I had one before I upgraded to the 265 and I loved it. Off the top of my head, I know it gives you sleep data, heart rate, data, stress level data, a HRV, VO2 max. Max. Maybe some other things. Along with the standard steps and Miles moved or kilometers moved.

I tried jellyfin but didn’t like it. Currently using emby and it works well.

Garmin allows you to export data to a csv file. I’m not sure if it’s all data because I haven’t used it, but I know it’s simple.

Comments like this seem to completely miss the forest for the trees. People vote this way for a reason. I truly don’t think 50+% of adults are just horrible people. They feel slighted. They feel they are getting the shit end of the stick. They believe voting this way will help them.

There has to be something done to help these people not feel this. I don’t think the democratic party does a good job with catering to these people. Their message this year was “at least we’re not trump”. “Do anything to stop trump”. That is just fear mongering from another angle. They need to come up with better marketing. The best way I’ve heard it explained is that excel is too good at doing too many, but it isn’t the correct tool for many of those things. Since it’s good and accessible, people make it work and then you get this jumbled mess of stuff after time passes.
