Gotta say, I don’t like this. If you are on a JURY, you know a fucking Jury, I feel you should put your emotions aside and focus on the facts of the case.

The facts are that Lindsay Clancy showed clear signs of her mental state degrading, only really had pills pushed on her by her medical team, expressed concern to her husband about how she was going to harm the kids in December of 2022, and both her and her husband expressed how the medication was making her worse and worse to the point of suicidal intent up to the night of the incident.

For people like you and me who are not on the jury? An emotional response is okay. The brute fact is 3 children lost their lives, but if you are on the Jury and her fate is in your hand, you really do need to be cautious about this. You need to put facts over feelings. To me, this looks like an open and shut case of Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. The facts point to it.

If this Juror really did not present anything to the contrary and went off vibes? That sucks. That really really sucks. And if he was browsing his phone in the room as stated here… WHY THE FUCK ARE PHONES ALLOWED IN THE DELIBERATION ROOM!? Was he betting on the case on Kalshi and fixing this to make money off it going to mistrial!? Was he looking at social media about this case!? Was he talking to people about this?!

This is an absolute failure on the Juror’s part and he failed at his civic duty.

lse worried that we are suddenly scrutinizing jurors? That’s the first step to killing jury nullification. Imagine getting called to a high profile case, and you make a decision the public doesn’t like. Imagine losing your job over it due to public backlash. Imagine getting stalked and harassed, literally for performing your civic duty. Imagine you stand up against fascism by utilizing jury nullification against an unjust law, only to be mercilessly harassed by the police for months on end because focusing on jurors has become the norm.

When the trial is over, the jurors should cease to exist. The media should not “tell their story” because their story begins and ends with the trial. Jurors identities should be kept sealed once the trial concludes.

You know gamers, I really love how this era of capitalism we’re living in is just companies trying to spy on us as hard as possible to know what exactly to advertise to us and if you show any form of rejection to it, then you get called a schizo by your friends.

What if you’re like me and use multiple operating systems? I usually use Linux Mint but also have a Windows 10 LTSC computer for my gaming and other windows needs.

Trump can’t do anything for her. She’s being tried by the STATE. Trump is FEDERAL. Like even if he wanted to, he can’t do much besides maybe tell the Governor of Massachusetts to pardon her? Can they do that? I know it varies state by states if Governor’s can pardon.

Yeah, it worked out good. I’m not gonna say it easn’t a rocky road to get there. It did take a lot of awkward conversations, but I feel we’re better off now.

I had a ton of friends like that who would vent to me and then never do the inverse, so one time I just straight up told a friend who did this to me to not talk about her problems with me if she didn’t want to solve them. Saying I was sick of hearing her complain to me and if she did, then I’d turn my brain off and become a wall.

You gotta do that. Friendships can be difficult like any relationship and these are going to be needed. You can’t have a relationship with no boundaries. I’ve tried. They don’t work ever. So long as your friends are willing to respect them or at least try to, you might have something good. Have these difficult and awkward talks with your friends. It’ll honestly make your friendships stronger and better.

Is Sable worth getting into? My friends and I have been using Element for a hot second now and it works good enough for us. Like if it does everything we need, so how is Sable better?

I swear to god, as much as I used to be pro ai from like 2019 to 2023, AI has made my coworkers so fucking stupid. So many of them are like useless without AI now and I keep getting sideways looks when I say I don’t use AI for my job.

I get it to some extent as I work IT, but come on! You can’t even make a fucking email without CoPilot telling you what to say!? Use AI as in Actual Intelligence! It’s found in that place between your ears, god damn it.
