  • I work 7 nights, 8 off, 7 nights, 8 off and so on…

All I can say is that ending my 7th nightshift coming out monday morning it is great to go shopping, it is great to go to the local spa, it is great to basically do any activity cause no crowds.

The downside is that I am usually the only person low age and rest are retired people. Or my friends that work shifts too and are off, thats great.

If I wouldn’t have a wife that has only off weekends and works a regular 9 to 5 I’d probably try to work every weekend and take days off monday to friday. Weekends suck imo cause everything is crowded.

I like to go to the gym monday to thursday, I’m usually alone at 10 in the morning with a few old people doing random exercises. But they don’t block the leg press, the benches and the pull up bars.

In general I am very grateful for working shifts (especially night) cause more money, less stress at work (quiet at night) and no management. And I can go to the gym when no one is there.

  • It is so disgusting that Merz deliberately prevented this with pleasure when the traffic light coalition was still in power.

Let me explain: Friedrich Merz, leader of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) intentionally blocked certain policies uring the time when the “traffic light” coalition (SPD, Greens, and FDP) were in power in Germany. Merz was not just passively opposing these actions, but did so with a sense for political reasons.

Im german and I know he is an asshole.

We need an arena so we can throw in Putin, Trump, Merz and other trash politicians and rich idiots so we can finally just live in peace.

Im sure during new year 2019 to 2020 a rocket hit me somewhere and launched me to a dystopian timeline I shouldnt even be here. I didn’t deserve to be watching this mess unfold. Why am I here?

I have one question about the abortion topic.

Why is it such a HUGE topic for republicans? Why not let the individual human choose if he/she wants an abortion?

This is so confusing for me I don’t understand why it is even a topic, like… it’s not my body and just let people do what they want to.

They should talk about how to have safer sex and pills in earlier grades and just keep the option open.

It’s not only that… what if you get raped and just want an abortion? Is that also included?

I am not american, maybe someone can tell me if rape is not included and if you are raped you can still abort though? This whole topic seems off for 2024, this sounds like a 1800s topic.

Sometimes I think america is so advanced and then I read the news and it’s always about pro guns and banning abortions…

  • I’m off til Saturday then I gotta work one nightshift and I’m off again til tuesday and have 4 nightshifts.

I could go to the gym and I think I will go tomorrow morning cause I won’t stare at my monitor another 12 hours doing nothing. Currently I don’t even have the energy to play games like Overwatch…

And in general I would just like to go out and drink a coffee but where I am from the cappucino at the bakery costs 5 € so I just drink it at home even though I’d like to just pay the 5 € to sit and watch people. But then I sit there, drink it and think I wasted my money.

In the end another day is passing by where I saved myself some money by not leaving the house.

  • It’s interesting because people are people and it doesn’t matter where you are born.

If you look at it from a birds eye view you will see a younger, smart generation trying to fight it’s own governments.

It’s not USA vs China vs Russia vs Europe etc. it is the younger generation vs the old generation. Currently each generation is fighting it’s own government and slowly realising how poor they have done in the last decades.

    Nobody wants war.
