This is likely because the app has been cached by the OS and then once it loads realizes it needs to prompt for authentication again. I see the same thing happening with work apps like teams and Outlook where it opens to what I had been previously looking at before locking and asking for authentication.

Looks like however the data was being collected it started considering some version of windows to be unknown.
Google still runs a good chunk of my life and some of it I know I could use some of the great alternatives that others have mentioned but some of it I’m not really sure about.
Namely:
Maps
Messenger (web browser access to my texts)
Contact sync and backup
Google voice
And all the various services that let my phone operate…

I’m typing this from a 6t. No complaints with it so far, it’s far enough in that I need to replace the battery but that’s to be expected. The 6gb of ram has proved to be really helpful in ensuring that things always work and the dual sim has let me combine the work and personal phones into one.
I know it’s long in the tooth so if anyone has some recommendations for a replacement that has dual sim and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg please reply!
Monitor upgrades are one of the big reasons why I’m still rocking a 1070ti. If I buy an expensive new video card then I also need to upgrade my ultra wide and I’m not ready for that yet.

The problem with jailbait wasn’t that it was illegal, it was just not a good look for a business trying to court advertising money.
I think they bring up a good point and just like Reddit isn’t going to die overnight, Lemmy and the like are not going to see widespread adoption until the product matures.
It does seem like a silly complaint. I get it’s hard for people who were used to car talk every weekend but at some point it gets stale and you move on. I’m sure there is a way to play them via streaming if you want to.

There are also fan made graphics packs for the free version but they are not nearly as good as the steam version.
