The trumpet (tetra corinthian) is a temperate fish found on land predominately in Florida and Washington DC. It also has a four year migration where it’s found throughout the Continental US most often in the Swing States. It belongs to the family Moridae and it’s not related to the true corinthians (genus Gadus). It’s known as orangie in Australia although it is only endemic in the US. The trumpet is deathly yellow-orange to off-white with green fin margins.
