Looks like a screen shot from the game EVO Theory of Evolution. (The much less popular predecessor to EVO Search for Eden)

Also looks like they’re using the emulator Neko Project 21.
Correct on all accounts, although the friend who sent me this screenshot (she’s the one playing, not me) used a different name for the game. Seems to be just another title it’s known by, being a weird japanese game and all.
We’ll have warm seas like in Earth’s infancy soon enough.
