      There’s better cards for that. Card draw like this is just to ensure you always have an answer for the opponent.

        Fair enough. My previous roommate used to tell me people made entire meme decks just for doing silly stuff like drawing their entire deck as fast as possible. I also like the art on this one though. Sphinx are cool

    Really cool design on this one. Who knows if it’s good, but I’m liking their design choices in this set so far even if Empower Jace itself is boring.

    Flash is a super relevant keyword here. It allows to sit on interaction and cast this if the stuff played was unimpressive. 4/2 flying is a tight clock. Protection from removals is only enforcing the clock. Looting is just a bit extra.

    My verdict: would be very good at Planar Standard.

    I remember a time when a 4 mana card was a just a 3/3 creature.

    And we lost track of all the rules and triggers of the cards on the table even back then.
