morrocco controls the flow of migrants because of aggreements with the wider EU, when they are pressuring the EU or spain they intentionally increase the grains of migrants to a heap overwhelming the border. this has happened multiple times when spain was seen to support the polisarios.
besides morrocco being a dog of the empire though, i doubt they needed much zionist encouragement when this can be equally read as a response to spanish reapproachment with algeria. pedro sanchez was just in algiers.
sure but i don’t think it’s spain particularly that’s culpable for that, is it? the bloc leaders set the agenda on murdering heaps of migrants in the sea & north africa, even though some parts of the EU are more receptive–spain’s current gov being one of them.
the sanchez gov’t also has a legalization regime for “illegal” migrants, 500k this year (which still sucks btw) but the other side of the “debate” in europe are nazis that want to mass-expell and/or murder heaps of immigrants.
i don’t think this is particularly germaine to the OP, that the EU is generally evil to migrants doesn’t prove morrocco can’t leverage those immigration controls politically. all that’s being asserted is morrocco did this on purpose to a political end, i don’t have to defend EU border/migrant policy to argue that.

they put themselves in that position by encouraging Morocco to hold control immigration for Europe

Spain’s current government was involved in the 2022 Melila massacre and Pedro Sanchez himself called it organized

Yeah, while the EU as a whole is awful about migration, Spain is one of the least awful.
It’s also why Spain is growing - it takes in immigrants from Africa and Latin America.
