The US Supreme Court has declared all independent authorities unconsitutional – effectively blowing up the EU-US deal on data transfers.

The European Commission says it is now ‘analysing’ the EU-US data transfer decision, given the end of the FTC’s independence. They seem to be struggling to answer journalists’ questions.
