Bit of a background first… So I [M28] live alone in a small apartment, work minimum wage, and i’ve barely been surviving, sometimes i have to survive on one meal a day, and sometimes go without food.

A month ago an Uncle [M43] came asking if he could lay low with me for a week, but due to circumstances he stayed longer.

So yesterday i got back from work sressesed out, and sat in the bedroom got on a call with a friend and went on a rant about how I’m struggling to feed the both of us and how much pressure that is putting on me, and how my Uncle has stayed longer than he promised to stay.

Unfortunately while we were having this conversation, i didn’t know he had sneaked into the apartment and was listening to the whole conversation, and this morning he confronted me about it to tell me how wrong that was, and promised that he’ll not be having meals from my house anymore, and that he’ll be leaving next weekend.

I felt horrible about it and immediately apologized but the damage is done…lol

TL;DR: I had an Uncle come to live with me, I told a friend over the phone how he’s overstayed and how I’ve been stressed out about managing to feed the both of us, not knowing he was listening.
