Unfortunately it’s also very likely that Ukraine’s economy can’t sustain these people when the war ends and they’ll be forced to use that knowledge to pay bills by going abroad. I doubt western countries will keep the money spigot running when they’re not killing Russians anymore.

When this war ends, or settles into a frozen conflict, there is going to be a massive number of Ukranian mercenaries flooding conflict zones around the world.
