It’s not about him being a “better” Nazi, or even a Nazi at all. It’s about whether you believe this politician before he’s even elected.
He’s clearly not a Nazi, and nobody in his history is claiming he’s had a history of Nazi behavior.
This is about his constituents believing him. If they believe his story, then vote for him. Or not.
But he’s not a Nazi, he’s a guy who used to be Marine, got drunk, and got a regrettable tattoo. That’s not a rare thing, and it shouldn’t disqualify anyone from anything.
He got drunk when he was young, and got a tattoo, egged on by his drunken buddies, no doubt. THAT makes him too stupid to get a job DECADES later?
And “secret Nazi?” How exactly does that work? He’s been lying in wait for decades, hiding his true feelings, pretending to be a Democrat, even voting for them in every election, getting involved in the local Democratic party, etc., raising money, campaigning, etc., all while hiding his secret Nazi leanings?
That way, he can wait until his middle age to run for office as DEMOCRAT, and his single Congressional vote bring them down from the inside. DIABOLICAL!
The entire problem with Democrats is they think every one of their candidates should be JESUS. They’re just humans, who have been living their lives just like you. They haven’t been residing in a glass box, quarantined from the world, waiting to be released when the Dems need a perfect, squeaky clean candidate to save them from themselves.
Would we even want a candidate like that? Don’t we want someone who is an actual living human, a citizen who has to deal with all the same challenges in life that we have?
How many of us think our entire lives should be defined by the one night you got drunk with your buddies, and got a stupid tattoo? If your kid came home with a dumb tattoo, would you declare him unemployable for the rest of their life?
We’re electing people to represent people. Let them be people, and accept that they won’t be perfect, just like YOU.
