    That’s fantastic. We need to follow France’s lead and require disclosure of pictures that have used filters.

      Technically, anything that has been modified from the raw camera sensor data is a “filter” if you consider filter as any image manipulation

          How about one of those sliders where you reveal the original image and it can be half and half? Make it a capital crime not to do it. Auto-levels with no original? Straight to jail.

          if the law applied exactly as the person above you described, it would be utterly useless, because every single photo you’ll see online would be marked as manipulated. people don’t post raw sensor data, online platforms don’t accept raw sensor data, in many cases it’s difficult to even get the data raw and not as a jpeg
