    … does sound like a good step. Give NPR/researchers access and only run audited code. It’s what we’d ask of Republicans if Democrats owned the company.

    I’d still prefer open source.

      They’re not talking third-party as in political party. Third-party just references an outside individual or group they don’t directly control. The third-party auditor won’t be an independent third-party. It will 100% be a GOP-aligned group.

        Can’t wait for it to be a totally neutral and moral company not named after Lord of the Rings Lore like Palantir or Anduril
