Anybody think a Vance Presidency would be any different? I’m kind of wondering if he has the balls to do the tariffs, for example. He strikes me as someone with less courage than Trump and populist convictions than Trump, and I wonder what that would mean for America.

While Vance is arguably just as evil and more conniving than Trump, he doesn’t have the following, recognition, or command of respect that Trump has with his base.

There will likely be some level of sycophancy among the most ardent loyalists, but Dear Leader’s boots are gonna be hard for him to fill.

Thiel’s gonna have to fork over a lot more cash to keep reps in line.

exactly. Vance doesn’t have the fear of the party in his hands like Trump does… i feel like he would be lost for quite a while before gaining his footing, if he ever did

Directly tied to an ontologically evil thing (Peter thiel)

He would’ve been dealt with in a just society a long time ago- at the very least locked up in a high facility prison with re-education components. He’s an example of ideological evil incarnate that must be purged.

No but he has more life to cultivate a usefulness among the powerful that materially benefits his life and motivates him
